*Closed* Review and Giveaway: Boiron Arnicare Arnica Gel

Boiron was founded in 1932 in Lyon, France, by twin brothers and pharmacists Jean and Henri Boiron, and it is now the leading U.S. homeopathic medicine supplier. Recently Boiron asked me if I would review and giveaway their Arnicare arnica gel. According to Boiron, arnica has been used for centuries as a natural pain reliever, and today it is recommended by doctors and pharmacists in more than 25 countries throughout the world.

I was eager to try Arnicare because I've heard about the potential benefits arnica has for people with Fibromyalgia. Nearly seven years ago I was diagnosed with Fibromylagia, and since then muscle aches, pains, and stiffness have become a daily occurrence. Depending on the day, my pain ranges from mild to moderately severe. It's something I've gotten used to over the years, to the point that pain seems almost normal to me. However, if there is a natural product available that will ease any of my stiffness and soreness, I'm all for trying it!

I've been using Arnicare for several weeks now and I'm very pleased to report that it does offer me noticeable relief from muscle pain and soreness! It's basically become part of my daily routine, at night before putting my tired and sore body to bed, I rub a little of the gel on the tender spots and when I wake in the morning I feel better than the night before. I'm experiencing more relief than rest alone could offer, and I even think I'm sleeping better as a result of using Arnicare on my muscle aches.

Another benefit of arnica is reducing swelling, and discoloration from bruising. I noticed that after applying Arnicare to a bruise, the color improved faster than usual. Fortunately for review purposes, I had several bruises during the weeks I tested the arnica gel. I guess since I'm a clutz, and bruises are fairly common with me, it will be good to keep Arnicare on hand!

I like that Arnicare gel applies easily, absorbs quickly, has no artificial colors or perfumes, no strong medicine smell, and does not leave behind a sticky feeling. Due to the relief it offers for aches and pains, bruising and swelling, Arnicare is a must have item for your first aid kit!
