This recipe is especially good for dry skin!
1 small ripe banana
1 small ripe avocado
2 tablespoons plain organic yogurt
2 drops Vitamin E oil
Directions: Mash the banana and avocado together to form a thick paste, then add the yogurt and Vitamin E oil and mix well. Clean and gently steam your face under a towel and over a bowl of hot water. Then massage the mixture on your face and leave it for 10-15 minutes. If you have sensitive skin, you will want to rinse it off after 10 minutes.
