Creative Kitchen: Easy Cheese Enchiladas

Other than buying enchiladas already cooked or frozen, this is probably the easiest way to make them! So easy I almost feel silly posting these directions, but hey, everyone needs a little inspiration to cook every now and then, even if it's a simple recipe.

What you need:
Shredded cheese
Enchilada sauce (two small cans or one large)
Can of chopped green chilies

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
2. Roll a handful of cheese in a tortilla and place in a glass or metal pan
3. Cover your enchiladas in sauce
4. Sprinkle shredded cheese and green chilies on top
5. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 375 degrees
